This study examined the factors that influence the family planning behavior of low wage earner male group, eg., rickshaw/van puller and easy bike drivers in Khulna city in Bangladesh during the period of January-June, 2014. The data were collected using an interview schedule purposively selected from 440 samples. This study revealed that the involvement in family planning of the respondents was in medium level. Respondents still lack of knowledge about family planning, family planning tools and contraceptives. Their perception score regarding family planning is also low on average. Males as well as rickshaw/van puller and easy bike drivers do not feel comfortable to discuss freely about family planning and the sources of getting information about family planning for them are also not properly reliable. Knowledge about women for take part actively in reproductive health is also important for males but respondents also lack of knowledge about them. Though the importance of making family small among the respondents have been increased than previous time but still, many of them do not feel the importance currently. So, there should be proper initiatives and steps with collaboration between GOs and NGOs about family planning in urban areas especially for low wage earner group like rickshaw/van puller and easy bike drivers and after that it can be assumed that population of Bangladesh will be stable in a neutral position.
