WOMEN SUCCESSOR IN FAMILY BUSINESS: A COMPARISON BETWEEN IRELAND AND BANGLADESH
This study comprises of an analysis of the function of women empowerment in family business, showing a comparison between Ireland and Bangladesh. On the other hand it also examines the challenges and gender discrimination faced by women in their family business in the two countries. Nowadays women are strongly participates in the family business and contributes their efforts and instance. Though women are facing numerous difficulties and subjected to a quantity of unequal behaviors in the society, they are powerfully involve in the diverse fields of business which shows women’s are not behind men. On the basis of theoretical knowledge, research methodology, discussions and analysis this report will cover a comparative analysis of women success in family business of Ireland and Bangladesh. A secondary research has been conducted with the help of the literature reviews. Moreover, the information collected from the reviews are constructed in a theme, and the theme has been analyzed. The result shows that in Ireland the women are the faces of their business and get full credits for their business success.
