EFFECTIVENESS OF PROJECTOR-BASED TEACHING APPROACH TO DEVELOP ENGLISH LANGUAGE AT THE HSC LEVEL IN BANGLADESH

This study aimed to make an
investigation into the effectiveness of the projector-based teaching approach
to developing the English language at the HSC level in Bangladesh. A
mixed-methods approach was applied to an investigation on the effectiveness of
the projector-based teaching approach to developing the English language at the
HSC level in Bangladesh. The study was conducted from 1 March 2022 to 25 June
2022. This study was mainly an experimental study that was based on action
activities. This study selected 25 students for the experimental group, and
another 25 students were selected for the control group. As the researcher of
this study was an ELT teacher, his own ideas and experience were added to the
topic of this study. He applied his ideas and experience while conducting this
study. The researcher arranged a program of three months for taking classes,
using the projector for one group and not using it for another. After three
months, the researcher tested the performances of both groups by using a set of
questionnaires. This study revealed that projector-based teaching helps
students develop the English language very effectively.
