A field experiment was conducted in the Horticulture farm of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka during the period from October 2019 to April 2020 to evaluate the effect of foliar application of supplement copper-based zinc nano fertilizer on lisianthus. Copper-based zinc nano fertilizer application with different concentrations in: N0 (Control; No nano fertilizer application), N1 (1ml/L), N2 (2ml/L) were used in this experiment arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. Data on different physiological growth and flower yield attributes parameters were collected in which all the treatments showed significant variations. 2ml/L copper-based zinc nano fertilizer treated plants showed the highest plant height (78.8 cm), number of leaves (104.3), SPAD value (56.7), stem diameter (5.4 mm), stem length (56.8cm) which influence the growth characteristics of the plant along with promoting flowering almost 10 days earlier compared to control. In view of overall performance, 2ml/L foliar application of copper-based zinc nano fertilizer (N2) on lisianthus significantly increases flower yield and vase life of the flower.
