PEOPLE’S SATISFACTION TOWARDS THE SERVICE DELIVERY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS IN BANGLADESH

This study was administered on the mass
people and was a small bid to find out the current state of people’s
satisfaction with local service delivery. Data for this study were collected
from 50 repliers of four local government institutions in Chuadanga Sadar
Upazilla under the Chuadanga district. A mixed-system approach was espoused to
conduct this study. A check questionnaire was used to collect data for this
study. The exploration reviewed some books, Journals, e-books, and other
publications related to the exploration problem for the purpose of a better
understanding of the issue. Through reviewing the literature, a conditional
conception of peoples’ satisfaction towards local governments’ service delivery
was tried to be justified. Definitional aspects, nature, and compass of the
local Government, the background of the local Government in Bangladesh
functions of the local Government, and the relationship between tagged members
and mass people were also justified through the literature review. The
quantitative data analysis style was used in this study. The findings of this
study reveal that people are not much satisfied with the service delivery of
the local government institutions in Bangladesh.
