This research is based on a survey which has done on Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka, Bangladesh during the period March to July, 2014. The objective of this study was to analyze of demographics data of street food vendors (i.e. Age limit, Position in the family, Starting capital, daily average sales, pricing method, Future plan of the business, major problem of the business, Gender). - The analysis based on both descriptive and inferential research method where Likert scale was used. Twenty street food vendors were selected randomly for sampling purpose. This study recommends that in this business most of the street food vendors were male and their age limit between 19-35 years. In a family, sons or daughters were involved in the fast food business rather than their parents. Their investment capital was around Tk. 5000-10000/- only. Most of the vendor’s daily sales 1000 taka or less. The prices depend on competition situation. They try to run their business for a long period of time. Improving the security (permanent place) of the street food business in our country is a great challenge. This research finds that street food vendors feel insecure while they run the business because of floating arrangement.
