THE MODEL OF FACTORS AFFECTING INVESTMENT INTENTIONS OF MANUFACTURING SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED ENTERPRISES

Manufacturing
small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the
economic growth in Binh Duong province. However, these enterprises have average
long-term assets proportion to the assets total lower than the manufacturing
average of the country. The owners of these enterprises have the possibility to
engage in long-term asset investment when their intentions for that is strong
enough. Therefore, this study focuses on modeling the factors affecting the
owners’ intentions to invest in the long-term assets of manufacturing SMEs in
Binh Duong province, Vietnam.
